Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 2 working days from the time of placing the order until dispatch, when you will also notify you.
We are happy to ship all items in our store worldwide. In some cases we only list shipping cost for the UK. That is because the shipment of each item would have to be costed individually for each country. So, if you are not in the UK, would like to buy one of our creations and the shipping cost is not listed, please contact us and we will get the shipping cost for your specific destination.
We offer shipping options on all items both within the UK and worldwide. This will include insurance up to the value of the item during transit only.
You must contact us as soon as possible to action a claim and ensure that we either replace or refund your purchase, if an item is damaged during shipping.
We send all items from England and shipping does not include any import customs incurred locally to the buyer.
If you wish to return an item you purchased, you must notify us within 14 days of the purchase. We will refund you once we receive the purchased item you sent back. You (the customer) are responsible for packing and shipping costs of the return purchase. Please make sure the item is packed properly so as to avoid any breakage.

The information about you is collected for for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

Additional Policies and FAQs
We make all items which you buy from us by hand and, therefore, each is unique. For example, when you buy earrings, the two earrings in a pair will not be perfectly symmetrical, although we aim to get them looking as even as possible (unless they are intended to be different by design).
Also, if you like something and would wish to have two or more of whatever you like, we will happily deliver additional items (though it may take some time depending on what it is). You should keep in mind, however, that the additional items will not be exact copies of the original that you liked. They will be unique in their own right, though we will aim to make them look as close to the one you’ve chosen as possible.
